What You'll Need
Application Requirements
To complete your enrollment application, please have the following documents ready. Our admissions team can assist if you have questions about any requirement.
Completed enrollment application form
Most recent report card or academic transcript (last 2 years)
Birth certificate (copy)
Immunization records
Proof of Houston-area residency (utility bill or lease)
Previous school records and any IEP/504 documentation
Two letters of recommendation (optional but helpful)
Student essay or personal statement (grades 6–12)
Enrollment Timeline
When to Apply
August – October
Early Enrollment
Priority enrollment for the upcoming school year. Best selection of grade placements.
November – January
Regular Enrollment
Standard enrollment window. Most programs still have availability.
February – May
Late Enrollment
Rolling enrollment based on availability. Contact us to check current openings.
Year-Round
Mid-Year Transfers
We accept mid-year transfer students on a space-available basis. Contact us to inquire.
